March 16, 2012 - VOICE 2012 Executive Producers James R. Alburger & Penny Abshire have generously donated One (1) Full VIP Registration for the Voice Over International Creative Experience in Anaheim, CA from June 13-16, 2012 to the VO Peeps MCA-I Career Education Scholarship Program! The Fund provides both need and merit-based scholarships to working voice-over artists, as well as those new to the business.
The First Annual Scholarship will be awarded on May 15 to one deserving Voiceover professional and will consist of this special VIP Registration so generously contributed by Ms. Abshire and Mr. Alburger!
Most everyone who has attended one of the three previous VOICE conventions will tell you the energy is "electric" and the experience of this "unconventional convention" is... "life changing!" This year's VOICE 2012 program features nearly three dozen programs and seminars taught by top VO coaches and talent, two huge networking events, tons of free time to make new VO friends and hang with old friends, Positive Thinkers and other special events, the traditional "Bunny Slippers" morning on Saturday, and the big finale VOICE Banquet with a very special program to wrap up the convention.
Scholarship winners are chosen by a board of industry professionals on the basis of financial need, personal circumstances and achievements, educational goals, and the likely impact of the scholarship on their lives.
Application Deadline is May 1, 2012.
Complete program guidelines and application procedures are available at the VO Peeps CESF page at: http://blog.vopeeps.com/p/donate-scholarship-fund.html
Please consider donating to this worthwhile cause! You could help to change someone's life!
