Live Streaming Direct From The Camera!
Live Video Streaming directly from a camera is no longer a thing of the future – it is available now! This JVC presentation will delve into the latest trend of integrating Wi-Fi and 4G broadband capabilities into modern video cameras. Also included is a look at the newest in HD monitors--both for studio and camera top. You'll be amazed at what a difference a good monitor can make!
Join us in the Main Studio of the Digital Media Center as we present JVC's Alicia Reed. She will demonstrate how their new technology allows for full remote control and viewing of a camera’s signal using an iPad or other mobile device—from anywhere in the world. Stream HD video directly from the camera for newscasts and special events, or if your signal is weak, you can still send selected clips you’ve recorded onto the media card directly from the camera to specified FTP servers for almost immediate use! Also on hand will be John O'Donovan of VMI Video, One of Southern California's top video equipment purveyors offering sales, service and rentals to the professional market.
As always, bring a friend and plenty of business cards. Come early and network with other media professionals over light food.
