Next Meeting May 17, 2006

The next MCA-I monthly meeting will be held at Gear Monkey / Post Factory in Orange on the Gear Monkey main stage at 6:30 PM
on Wednesday May 17th.  They’re pulling out all the stops for MCA-I, (including food!) so you won’t want to miss this!  Every department in their organization is preparing a practical, money saving presentation to help you with the latest techniques and tech in production and post. For instance….

The Rental Department plans a side-by-side comparison of new cameras.  Is the most expensive the best?  You’ll be able to decide on May 17th!  They’ll show you their fiber-optic insert stage and talk about how you can do satellite interviews as they have for Fox, CNN and ESPN.  How does HD effect the post production process? What are the newest applications for post production audio?  The top guys at Post Factory will answer those and more!  Bring all your question—these guys have the answers!

Offering 2 stages, a full rental department (including a big generator) and OC’s best expendables store under the Gear Monkey name-- as well as top quality post production including audio sweetening/mixing services under the Post Factory brand, this is one of Orange County’s premiere production facilities.  Don’t miss this opportunity to see the latest equipment and talk to the experts.
